Parmesan Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
Brussel Sprouts 
Olive oil 
Salt & Pepper 
Garlic 
Garlic Scapes 
Lemon Zest  
Pinch of Dried Rosemary 
Directions
1. Clean Brussel Sprouts 
2. Season with olive oil + salt & pepper + garlic + garlic snapes + zest of 1 lemon + a pinch a of dried rosemary 
3.Air Fry at 400 for 15-20 min or in the oven at 400 until done 

Maple Brown Sugar Carrots

Ingredients 
Carrots 
Olive Oil 
Salt & Pepper 
Maple syrup
Cinnamon 
Brown Sugar 
Garlic 
Parsley
Pomegranates
Pecans 
Directions
1.In bowl mix together olive oil, salt & pepper, maple syrup, cinnamon, brown sugar, chopped garlic, and chopped parsley
2.Coat carrots in marinate
3.Preheat oven to 425 and bake for 30/40 min or until cooked to your liking. Stir occasionally throughout cooking process
4.Top w/ chopped pecans, pomegranates, and fresh parsley

Guacamole

Ingredients 
3-4 Avocados
Chopped red onions
Chopped Cilantro
Generous amount of Lime juice
1 Roma tomatoes
1-2 JalapeƱos
Directions
1. Chop all the ingredients 
2. Then mix together in a bowl 

Garlic Thyme Potatoes

Ingredients
Potatoes 
Zest of 1 Lemon 
Squeeze Of Lemon
Thyme 
Miracle Blend Seasoning  
1 Chopped Shallot
Spoonful Minced Garlic 
Olive Oil 
Directions
1.Chop potatoes in half and season
2.Air Fry between 375-45 for 20-25min // bake at that temp for 30-40min or until cooked to your liking

Whipped Feta Dip w/ Tomatoes

Ingredients 
-Whipped Feta-
Feta 
Olive Oil 
Zest of 1 lemon 
1 tablespoon lemon juice 
Salt & Pepper 
Spoon full of garlic garlic 

-Tomatoes-
Cherry tomatoes 
Basil (fresh or dried) 
Spoonful of garlic 
1 red onion 
Olive Oil & Red Wine Vinegar 

Bread or cracker for dipping 
Directions 
1.In a blender blend all the ingredients for the whipped feta
2.Chop the tomatoes & onions. Mix all the ingredients in bowl dressed with Olive Oil & Red Wine Vinegar
3.In a bowl spread feta evenly, top with tomatoes & serve w/ a drizzle of oil

Enjoy with toasted bread or cracker

Broccolini

1. Season broccolini 
2. In a grill pan cook flipping every few minuets to avoid burning until cooked to your liking 

Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
Pineapple 
Green & Red pepper
Onions 
Tomatoes
1/2 tbs Cumin 
Lime juice 
Cilantro 
Garlic 
Olive oil 
Squeeze of honey  
Directions
1. Chop pineapple, peppers, onions, & tomatoes into small chunks 
2. Chop cilantro and mince garlic, then add to bowl with chopped ingredients
3.Dress with lime juice, olive oil, a squeeze of honey & mix together
