Airfryer French Fries

Ingredients 
Potatoes (sweet &/or regular) 
Salt 
Olive Oil 
Minced Garlic 
Directions 
1.Wash potatoes & dry 
2. Chop potatoes to your liking & drizzle with a little olive oil 
3. Set your air-fryer to 400 degree & cook for 25-40 min (depends on how thick the potatoes are cut) or until golden 

Goat Cheese Stuffed Dates wrapped in Prosciutto with Infused Honey Glaze

Ingredients 
Dates
3 Goat Cheese
1 package Cream Cheese
1 Lemon Zested
Prosciutto
Honey
Rosemary
Thyme
Sage
Directions
1. Mix together cream cheese, goat cheese and lemon zest
2. De-pit dates and stuff with a scope of cheese, then wrap with Prosciutto. Once stuffed lay on a pan that’s lined and sprayed
3. Chopped herbs & in a pot bring to a boil together the honey and chopped rosemary, thyme, + sage.
4.Preheat the oven to 350. Bake dates for about 15-20 min. The last 2 min broil dates. 5.If honey got thick reheat to make sure it had a thin consistency.
6. After dates are removed from oven, drizzle the honey on top

Crispy Potatoes

Ingredients
Potatoes 
Olive oil 
Salt & Pepper 
Minced garlic 
Directions
1. Chop & season potatoes 
2. Preheat oven between 385-400°
3. Bake for about 30-40 min or until crispy. Stir every 15 min 
4. Optional broil like few min for extra crisp 

GF Garlic Bread

Ingredients
GF bread
Half stick butter
Parsley
Minced Garlic
Salt & Pepper
Oregano
Italian seasoning
Grated Parmesan
Olive oil
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degree
2.Melt butter
Incorporate 2 spoon full of grated Parmesan + fine chopped parsley + spoonful of garlic + salt & pepper + dash of oregano & Italian seasoning
3.Slice bread thin and lay out on a lined baking pan.
4.Drizzle olive and spread butter mixture on each piece of bread
5.Bake for about 5/10 min or until crisp
6.Garish with more granted parm & fresh parsley

Sweet Potato Nachos

Ingredients
Sweet Potatoes 
Olive Oil 
Salt & Pepper 
Black Beans 
Radish 
Jalapeños 
Mango 
Green Onions 
Lime 
Cilantro 
Cheese 
Directions
1.Line baking sheet with parchment 
2.Slice sweet potatoes thing and season with olive oil & salt + pepper
3.Bake at 400 for 10 min 
4.Spring cheese and bake for another 10-15 min 
5.Chop radish, mango, jalapeño, green onion, & cilantro while potatoes are baking
6.Remove pan from oven and top with black been, radish, mango, jalapeño, green onion, cilantro and fresh squeezed lime 

Grilled Zucchini

Directions
1.Slice zucchini long way and season with olive oil + salt & pepper
2.Grill zucchini to likely 
3.Top with balsamic glaze + goat cheese + pistachio + pomegranate 

Elote Corn Dip

Ingredients
Frozen Corn off the cob
2-3 tablespoon sour cream (or df sour cream)
2-3 tablespoon Mayo (or vegan mayo)
2-3 tablespoon cumin
Lime juice
2-3 tablespoon Chile powder
1/2 tablespoon Cayenne
Salt & pepper
Cojita cheese
Cilantro
Directions
1.In a bowl mix about 2-3 tablespoon df sour cream + 2-3 tablespoon Mayo + cumin + lime juice + Chile powder + Cayenne + salt & pepper. 
2.Sauté corn until warm 
3.Then incorporate mixture
