1.Wash potatoes & dry
2. Chop potatoes to your liking & drizzle with a little olive oil
3. Set your air-fryer to 400 degree & cook for 25-40 min (depends on how thick the potatoes are cut) or until golden

6. After dates are removed from oven, drizzle the honey on top

1.Line baking sheet with parchment
2.Slice sweet potatoes thing and season with olive oil & salt + pepper
3.Bake at 400 for 10 min
4.Spring cheese and bake for another 10-15 min
5.Chop radish, mango, jalapeño, green onion, & cilantro while potatoes are baking
6.Remove pan from oven and top with black been, radish, mango, jalapeño, green onion, cilantro and fresh squeezed lime
