Loaded Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients
Yogurt of choice
Topping of your choice:
-Fruit of your choice: Banana, Berries, Pineapple, pomegranate, grapefruit
-Granola
-Chia & Flax seeds
-Nut Butter or seed butter
-Honey
-Shredded coconut or coconut clusters
-Bee pollen
Directions 
Load your bowl with a base of yogurt & top with fav topping such as fruit of choice + bee pollen + flax &/or chia seeds + honey + nut butter + coconut, etc.

Everything Bagel Sandwich

Ingredients
GF everything bagel 
Avocado 
Chive cream cheese or spread 
Cucumber 
Everything but the bagel seasoning 
Directions
1. Toast bagel 
2. Chop cucumbers into circles & cut or smash the avocado 
3. Once the bagel is toasted assemble by spreading cream cheese to one side, top with cucumbers, avocados, and a little everything but the bagel seasoning. 

Avocado Beet Arugula Toast

Toast with avocado + everything  seasoning + roast beets & arugula dressed in lemon juice 

Roasted Beets: Chop and peal the beats. Season with a little balsamic vinegar, avocado oil and a little honey. Lay on a pan and cover with foil. Poke wholes in the foil. Roast at 365 until they get soft they take anywhere from 45-1 1/2 so you just have to keep checking them

Stovetop Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 cup oat milk
1/2 oats
1 ripe banana
Cinnamon

Topping of your choice such as banana, mixed berries, peanut butter or almond butter, honey, cinnamon, dark chocolate or cacao nibs, coconut clusters, etc
Directions
Bring 1C of oat milk to a boil. Then add 1/2 C of oats, 1 extremely ripe banana, & cinnamon stir immediately. Reduce down to medium heat & stir until you get to the constancy you want. Topped w/ topping of your choice (examples above)
