Gluten Free Philly Cheesesteak

Ingredients 
Boneless Ribeye 
Garlic 
Olive Oil 
Salt & Pepper 
Butter 
Yellow Onions 
Provolone Cheese 
Gluten Free Sub Buns 
Directions 
1. Slice the ribeye super thin & season w/ salt + pepper.  
2.Chop the yellow onions small.  
2.In a pan caramelize onions w/ butter until golden. 
3.Right before the onions are done in a separate pan start cooking the steak w/ a spoonful of garlic & drizzle of olive oil. 
4. Once onions are done incorporate the steak & onions into one pan. Then add cheese and stir till melted. 
5. While the cheese is melted toast the bun by slicing it in half & buttering each side. Place the butter sides down in a pan and cook until golden. 
6. Once buns are done and cheese is melted assemble the sandwich. 

Serve with my airfryer french fries & vegan lemon garlic herb aioli
