Goat Cheese Stuffed Dates wrapped in Prosciutto with Infused Honey Glaze

Ingredients 
Dates
3 Goat Cheese
1 package Cream Cheese
1 Lemon Zested
Prosciutto
Honey
Rosemary
Thyme
Sage
Directions
1. Mix together cream cheese, goat cheese and lemon zest
2. De-pit dates and stuff with a scope of cheese, then wrap with Prosciutto. Once stuffed lay on a pan that’s lined and sprayed
3. Chopped herbs & in a pot bring to a boil together the honey and chopped rosemary, thyme, + sage.
4.Preheat the oven to 350. Bake dates for about 15-20 min. The last 2 min broil dates. 5.If honey got thick reheat to make sure it had a thin consistency.
6. After dates are removed from oven, drizzle the honey on top
