Ingredients -Cookies- 1 cup + 2 tbs butter 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar Vanilla 2 1/2 cup flour Dark chocolate chips
-Coating- Sugar 1 egg beaten or melted butter
Directions 1. Mix together all ingredients for cookies 2. Shape dough into 2 logs and cover with plastic wrap. Store in fridge for at least 2 hours 3. When ready to bake preheat oven to 350 degree and remove dough from fridge to thaw for about 10 min. 4. While dough is thawing beat one egg or melt butter and in a plate pour sugar 5. Coat each dough log in egg or melted butter and roll into sugar. 6. Line a baking pan and spray. Then cut dough into round pieces and place on pan. 7. Bake for about 15 min. 8. Immediately after removing cookies from oven shape into perfect circles with a cup if necessary 9. Best served once completely cooled.
Notes: can store dough in fridge/freezer to be used on another day.
